All fees must be paid at the time of the appointment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash are accepted.Dr. Plummer currently accepts the following health insurances:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Cigna
- United
- Magellan
Patients with other insurances will pay the fee-for-service rates and receive a statement to submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.
To be able to provide quality care, appointment times are not overbooked. Patients are responsible for their reserved appointment times, and will be charged a $100 fee for missed appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
After hours emergencies
For established patients, Dr. Plummer is available by cell phone after hours for emergencies such as medication reactions or suicidal thoughts.
If you are not yet a patient and are having suicidal thoughts, please call a suicide hotline at 1-800-suicide or 1-800-273-talk to talk to someone, or proceed to your nearest emergency room for an evaluation.
